Terms of Trade and Ordering Information

IMPORTANT INFORMATION</strong> - Please ensure that you finalise your order by clicking on the continue button after completing your payment details. You will receive a confirmation email within minutes and should you not receive this it is likely that you have not performed this final click and the order will not be submitted to us.

We endeavour to despatch orders in 7 working days plus delivery time of up to 3 days. If you are planning to purchase materials for workshops please allow for this as it is not always possible to respond to urgent requests.

Delivery charges include postage, packing and insurance and will be added to all orders. Charges are based on the weight/volume of the order. Orders weighing over 1kg are sent 48hr parcelforce with a minimum charge of £7.50 (excl VAT) per parcel (max 30kg). Please telephone should you require an exact quotation as the size and nature of some of the products require more than one parcel. Small items under 1kg are normally sent by first class post. Minimum charge £2.00 plus VAT.

Official orders from account customers must be accompanied by an appropriate order number.

Payment within 30 days from receipt of invoice.

Proforma orders for non account customers. Goods ordered are invoiced to include VAT; upon receipt of payment the goods will be dispatched. Please do not send cheques before receiving a proforma invoice.

Visa, Mastercard and Switch payment are welcome with telephone and Internet orders.

VAT at 17.5% until 30 November 2008 and the 15% from 1 December 2008 is applicable to all goods except books. The prices quoted in this catalogue are exclusive of VAT.

In the current economic climate, costs are continually increasing so we may have to alter the price of an item without notice. Should you need exact costs please ask for a quotation.
